Verdict: Buy Decent card in casual tribal decks but seems far too slow to see any constructed play. This will likely remain around its current price point and maybe gain some ground after its rotation similar to Door of Destinies, but with so many tribal anthems competing for a limited amount of slots, I don’t see it increasing much as there are much better options.
Comparable Cards
	Excellent card in go-wide tribal strategies but unplayable in Constructed. Climbed its entire life until hitting $5.00, but has been decreasing since due to reprints.		Laboratory is a much more narrow and expensive late game oriented banner similar to Vanquisher’s Banner. Hovered around $0.50 for most of its life.
