Verdict: Buy This card is strictly worse than Cavern of Souls, but Cavern is a $60.00+ card and there are many decks such as 5 color Humans and 5 color Slivers that want multiple playsets of this effect. This card will be worth considering in eternal format tribal decks for a long time as it enables them to splash any color combined with Cavern of Souls. While this card is an uncommon, I don’t think it’s likely to decrease any time soon and could spike a while in the future in the same vein as Cavern of Souls.
Comparable Cards
	Cavern is strictly better than Unclaimed Territory but they serve essentially the same role and Territory is much cheaper. Cavern was around $15.00-$20.00 for a while but recently spiked to $60.00.		Ziggurat is a card that almost exclusively saw play in Slivers decks in constructed that didn’t play any noncreature spells, and sees good casual play in EDh tribal decks. Currently around $9.00.
